         37TH FOUNDATION DAY ANNIVERSARY

                OF DMMMSU-NLUC

        DMMMSU 37th foundation anniversary has the theme of "Sustaining Excellence in all fronts" held at  DMMMSU-NLUC last January 15-19,2018. I am excited because imagine theirs a lot of booths/bazaar some of boots are selling foods, selling clothes, selling books and etc. When I was in high school I am not enjoyed with our foundation day because the events was bored.
In first day January 15, 2018 there was a mass conducted at Ortega Memorial Center and after the mass they started the awarding with the guess speaker Dr. Armando Q. Ganal, after the Mass and awarding they continue the awarding  with the guess speaker Gov. Francisco Emmanuel C. Ortega  in afternoon.
     Second day January 16,2017 the faculty and staff conducted their "Laro ng Lahi" all staff and faculty are enjoyed.

Third day, January 17, 2018 in the morning,  they conducted the USC Got Talent, there was a a lot of talents such as  dancing, spoken poetry ( Tagalog/English category) and singing.

January 18, 2018, They start the awarding, Mr. Benjamin Sapitula the president of  of DMMMSU-NLUC delivered his speech and the guest of honor the Congressman of District I no other than Hon. Pablo Ortega. After Hon. Pablo Orteg, after the University Awards & Recognition Ceremonies for MLUC, NLUC, SLUC .Alumnies started at the Ortega Memorial Center and in the afternoon of 4th day of foundation, Cultural Festival was also conducted At the same place at Ortega Gym. Many of students participated and we watch many different dances of different Campuses of DMMMSU and I am the one who participated. We present the DIRO FESTIVAL because this is the product of Bacnotan La Union.

 Foundation Day is once a year event that students really enjoyed. Foundation Day is having unity. We encourage you to be proud of being part of our University. The day gives us the chance to engage with communities. It is also an opportunity to have fun and to give financial support to next generation of NLUCIAN'S students.
        As we celebrate our 37th foundation anniversary of DMMMSU-NLUC we are preparing a lot by the place, the activity that students, teachers and stuffs can enjoy. College, High School and Elementary has a foundation day. All of students were attend for this event because it has a lot of things to be fun and to be happy because its more fun in DMMMSU-NLUC.
   
 Foundation day give us happiness and unforgetable moments especially the last day or the Fifth day  of 37th foundation anniversary January 19 2018, the student are joined in the NLUC  COLOR FUN RUN SPLASH EDITION held at  Barangay Cabaroan Bacnotan , La union and after color fun run, had a Amazing race and team building for the student. I enjoyed because I joined in Amazing Race,
 I learned a lot of things about what is TEAM, because I appreciated all the efforts of my team, we are not the group of people who works together, we are
 the group of people who trust each other. I joined the  Amazing Race to know what they doing and get experience,because I believe that if others can, why can I,even though its hard but I learned and
I was inspired of their challenges even though were not won in this event.

     

 All the students are enjoying the different  events. Some students participated because of the attendance being checked strikingly, some students were not attend because  they can afford the fines.
         I was amazed  because DMMMSU-NLUC 37th foundation anniversary is really amazing, from start of the first day until the end make all  NLUCIAN'S alive and happy. This 37th foundation anniversary is more fun and exciting than last year because there were competitive. I enjoyed it! The design of stage was good. All I can say the 37th foundation anniversary of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University North La Union Campus was s BLAST! AMAZING!
